Mr. Shangharsa Bista, Managing Director - Hotel Northfield, has been in tourism business for more than 2 decades.

Mr. Bista is also the Executive Director of Nepali Chulo. It offers the finest traditional Nepali and Newari Cuisine with a lively cultural program. He is also the C.E.O. of Northfield Cafe, Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal. Northfield Cafe offers American, Mexican, Indian & Continental Cuisine.

He is a paragliding pilot from Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. He has been associate with Blue Sky Paragliding.

He is happily married to Mrs. Pratishtha Amatya Bista, also a multi-talented personality who holds the Guinness World Record on “ Random Object Memorisation Category” in the year 2004. Mrs. Bista is also the Executive Director of Hotel Northfield. She along with her husband takes active part in the business handling the financial department and doing all the new innovative interior designing of the entire hotel.
